Oh heyy, long time no post dearest blog.
I come bearing good news though, My music clip has officially been released! Solid reviews so far, all are encouraging.

Old mans walks for the first time in his life

Ive placed 6 frames before the old man begins to walk. His placed mid action so his start pose is a down. I have to work on my arcs more but the 6 frames helps with recognition.

Buttons or eyeballs? I'm juggling the thought of having just buttons for eyes or having actual eyeballs....My characters haven't got mouths either so my expression will be entirely relying on body movements. Personally i like the Dreamworks method of having two frames of the lid closed. It allows the eye to recognise the movement.

As for my narrative...little work has been done! I've hit quite a big snag regarding maya on my computer! I wish we were able to access tafe computers over the holidays! However, no fear...animation has been getting produced! Ive been working on a music clip for a client. Here are some stills from the clip...it goes for 4 minutes so its slightly larger than my major...but ill see how I go!
